SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (BERLIN AND GENEVA)

Team BDS is seeking, as soon as possible, a senior creative graphic designer to design solutions with high visual impact. This role will design, concept, and deliver creative assets for Team BDS from start to finish. The ideal senior designer is a hands-on creative with an excellent sense of design, attention to detail, strong conceptual skills, and an expert understanding of social media channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and social content across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure and maintain the highest quality of Team BDS aesthetic for all creative assets.
  • Efficiently work within tight deadlines to manage projects and create accurate, concise, and well-polished creative assets that deliver on the goals from the content team.
  • Repurpose existing photo and video assets to create channel-specific, innovative assets for content needs.
  • Monitor performance and feedback of creative assets to refine and iterate upon the creative strategy for the future
  • Assist with concept and art direction of photoshoots, working closely with photographers and videographers.
  • Establish a strong design culture at Team BDS, and develop a reputation internally for high standard work that is delivered on time and exceeds expectation
  • Participate in creative ideation to bring briefs to life from Merchandising, Partnership and Marketing
  • Build a deep understanding of the Team BDS audience and develop a distinct design language that speaks to them authentically
  • Utilise customer, fan and user feedback to drive ongoing design improvement

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years experience producing and editing
  • An inspiring and innovative portfolio of design work for global brand(s)
  • Excellence in graphic design (and motion design if possible)
  • Passion and relentless approach to quality
  • Be curious by nature and stay up to date design trends and relevant tools
  • Interest in research, and desire to validate design decisions, whereever possible
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, iterating quickly and driving impact
  • Good knowledge of project management fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to make ideas simple to understand
  • Meticulous level of attention to detail
  • Master user of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design and prototyping tools
  • Strong organisational ability and pride in delivering to deadline
  • Show interest in the esports ecosystem
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
