Team BDS is seeking a Partnership Development Assistant in Geneva for the 3rd of March 2025. We are looking for a creative and conscientious individual to boost our network of local and international partners. Your main objectives will be to participate in the commercial development, retain existing partners and contribute to the growth of the structure through your perseverance, motivation and impactful communication.

What you will do:

  • Promote and uphold our team’s values, reputation, and culture.
  • Manage our existing partnerships and ensure their deliverables
  • Conduct market research and reporting on the esports’ sponsoring sector.
  • Develop target lists and initiate/maintain relationships with leads through various forms of communication (cold calls, email campaigns, social media).
  • Create impactful pitch decks for potential partners, persuasively educating them on the value of esports and Team BDS.
  • Leverage a variety of tools including Excel, Powerpoint, Lemlist, and Adobe XD to manage the business development process.

 

Who you are:

  • In the final year of graduation in a University or Business School.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to details.
  • Analytical skills, (Excel modeling, benchmark) 
  • A strong interest or first experience in esports.
  • A passion for business development and working directly with operations leaders in a consultative capacity.
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • The ability to manage workflows and operate in a collaborative environment (teaching and learning each day).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English (German or other languages are a plus but not mandatory).
