Team BDS is seeking as soon as possible in Geneva a business developer. We are looking for a creative and conscientious individual to boost our network of local and international partners. Your main objectives will be to participate in the commercial development, retain existing partners and contribute to the growth of the structure through your perseverance, motivation and impactful communication.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Promote and uphold our teamvalues, reputation, and culture
Develop target lists, build brand awareness and initiate/maintain relationships with clients through various forms of communication (cold calls, email campaigns, social media)
Manage CRM and identify scalable ways to generate interest and attract clients
Conduct presentations to potential clients, persuasively educating them on the value of esport
Leverage a variety of tools including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, etc. to manage the business development process
Conduct site visits and consultations to cultivate strategic accounts and partnerships;
Collaborate with agencies to deliver maximum value, execute team goals, and grow Team BDS
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years experience with Business development
An interest or experience in esport or sport
Previous experience within a Account Management, or Operations environment
A passion for business development and working directly with operations leaders in a consultative capacity
The desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong analytical skills, e.g., Microsoft Excel modeling, etc.
The ability to manage a workflow, receive coaching, and operate in a collaborative environment – teaching and learning each day.
Direct experience working with advertisers
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, French and German
