Whether it’s a question of behaviour, communication skills or attitudes, we undertake to promote bravery, by showing courage and integrity. We also encourage personal and collective reflection on emotions, ethical dilemmas and rules. Whether witnesses or victims of inappropriate behaviour, we will show zero tolerance and support the injured parties.

We are Diverse!

We embrace diversity and honour the individual voice of each member of Team BDS. We recognise that each person has the power to contribute a different perspective and new understanding of the reality of their career and personal experience. In addition to building an increasingly diverse workforce, we wish to foster an open culture whereby individuals - regardless of ethnicity, gender, race, age and other dimensions - can freely express and voice their ideas. By recognising multiple and diverse personalities, we consolidate the bases of our collective culture and we regularly enrich it by our commitments in this regard
