Geneva, February 27th, 2024 - Team BDS, one of the world's leading esport organizations, has teamed up with FNAC, the famous retailer of cultural and electronic products, to form a partnership in Switzerland.

This partnership between one of the fastest-growing gaming structures in the world, endorsed by the under-30 demographic, and one of Europe's leading retailers of cultural and leisure goods, opens up exciting new opportunities for esport and video game fans in Switzerland. This new collaboration will feature unique encounters with Team BDS professional gamers, in-store gaming sessions and esport competitions right in the heart of Geneva.

"This is a crucial step for Team BDS," said Jocelyn Roux, Director at Team BDS. "We are delighted to partner with Fnac, a company that shares our passion for innovation and gaming. Together, we're determined to take esports to new heights by offering Swiss fans the chance to experience unique moments all year round."

"Given the growing scope of eSport in Switzerland, and the importance we attach to promote this practice among our customers and the public, this partnership with Team BDS, the Swiss leader in esport, will enable us to raise the discipline awareness even further during events organized within our stores. The first one will be held at Fnac de Genève Rive on Saturday March 9th” emphasizes Aurélie Penot-Epailly, Marketing and Communications Director at Fnac Suisse.

This first partnership between Team BDS and Fnac represents the perfect marriage between the world of esports and modern digital culture. Both entities look forward to positive spin-offs from the various activities linked to the partnership.
