Team BDS employees all participated in an ethical training by Yojoa on diversity inclusion and unconscious bias. The aim of the training was to discuss stereotypes, biases and gender diversity within a company.
This training is especially interesting in the eSport environment where men are more represented than women. The aim was also to find ways to encourage better representation of women at different levels in the industry.
